TIERED RUFFLE PEASANT BABY DRESS

I bought 4metres of this sweet small floral japanese cotton a few months ago. I've made an adult peasant blouse and 2 sets of baby kurung from it. Still got another 2 metres left. To ensure no more of it left (so i can proceed with other fabrics), i decided to make this dress, which will definitely used more fabric than other types of dresses.

Inspired with Neue Mode 55569 pic, i cut the fabric without patterns, assuming here and there, made some adjustment by reducing the tier and increasing the flounce length, adding the band, etc.

Here is the outcome...a dress that fit a 2 years old.
