Adequacy audit OHSAS 18001

So far, very good!
Komen ringkas dari auditor kali ni aku rasa benar2 menaikkan semngat kami, menghilangkan segala kepenatan, ketidakcukupan tido, dan yg sewaktu dengannya. Apa taknya, start dr kick off pd 15 september..then first week of january baru kami mula 'full swing' disebabkan desakan tugas2 lain termasuk a few big functions yg melibatkan kami, aku khususnya. Alhamdulillah, kami hampir berjaya. Ini kali pertama bagi aku mendapat pujian dan tiada apa2 masalah ketika initial audit. Biasanya utk ISO 9001 dan ISO 14001 yg lepas, initial audit yg paling tesion..byk benda x siap..dokumentation berterabur..etc.. I have to give credit my very supportive team members especially Tengku, Iwan and Zaily ( and not forget Hisham n Syed) and not to forget also some other members who also give their support.

We had 2 minor NCRs which is very minor that it can be completed within a day.

I feel so excited that immediately after the closing meeting, i sms my GM at marriot to inform him of the good news. He thank us all, and that's enough. Just a word of recognition from the big boss.

For all the commitee members, there's a lot more to come..The implementation, training, assessment and all..it is not time to celebrate yet!
